Arrivals :- On your first day please do not arrive before 12 noon.
Departures :- On the day you leave please vacate your pitch by 11am.
Late Arrivals :- Are permitted, we just ask to be informed if you intend to arrive after 6pm. No arrivals after 8pm unless via prior arrangement.
Late Departures :- By prior arrangement only, subject to availability and subject to a £10 charge.
Minimum Stay :- We do not have a minimum number of nights apart from any Bank Holiday weekend where a minimum of 3 nights must be booked and the Lytham Festival Period where a minimum of 5 nights must be booked.
Payment :- Is required on arrival. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
Types of Units allowed :- Caravans, Motorhomes and Campervans.
We cannot accept :- Tents, Trailer Tents, Folding Campers, 5th Wheel Caravans or Units above 8.0m. Sorry no vans or commercial vehicles allowed.
Extra People :- A total of 4 people per unit are allowed.
Pets :- Are very welcome, but we ask that there is a maximum of 2 per unit. Please clean up after them.
Visitors :- Are allowed by prior arrangement only due to parking spaces. It is the responsibility of the guest who booked the pitch to inform their visitors of the parks terms and conditions with particular emphasis of the noise levels. Visitors are permitted to use the toilets but not to use the showers.
Appliances :- No excessive usage of domestic appliances as this will trip the fuses. No electric heaters permitted in awnings.
Barbecues :- Are permitted on the hardstanding areas only, please stay off the grass.
Fire pits and Campfires :- Are not allowed.
Noise levels :- We are a small tranquil park, we kindly ask noise levels to be kept at a reasonable level at all times with strictly no noise after 10pm.
